Almost home - Leg #5
Starting in Mazatlan, we will catch the ferry over to the Baja of Mexico, arriving in La Paz. Riding north on the Baja, we will camp on the beaches and hopefully see Gray Whales in their mating grounds at San Ingnatio Lagoon. Baja has some amazingly beautiful desert, complete with Cacti that look similar to those on the Road Runner show. We enter the USA in San Diego and continue up the coast of the United States, avoiding the freeways with our extremely small bikes, eventually arriving home to Canada. Here, we will take a few months break, waiting for summer before doing the Alaska leg of the trip.
